Terms of Service

Adoption Signal is an early-access service operated by Launch1Labs LLC through the HRAISolutions advisory practice, and offered via our design partner program. These terms govern your use of the application at adoptionsignal.com.

1. Access

Access is invite-only. You may not share your invite or use someone else's. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice. If your access is revoked or the program ends, email us within 30 days for a structured export of your data; after that, deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

2. Your data

You own the people, team, score, and interview data you create. We store it on our infrastructure to make the service work. We do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's handled.

3. Our intellectual property

The service, including the scoring methodology, question sets, and report formats, is and remains the property of Launch1Labs LLC. Your enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable right to use them while you are in the program. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

4. AI-assisted content

The interview and scoring features send your inputs to a third-party large-language-model provider (OpenAI). The outputs are produced with AI assistance and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for legally consequential decisions without human review.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Submit content that violates law or another person's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt the service or extract data not yours.
  • Use the service to make decisions that materially affect a person's employment, compensation, or safety without independent human judgment.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months. During early access, that amount is zero.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
