AdoptionSignal is an AI adoption and workforce research prototype operated by Launch1Labs LLC.
AdoptionSignal is not currently offered commercially. The application is not publicly available, and access is restricted to accounts specifically authorized by Launch1Labs LLC for internal testing and evaluation.
These terms govern use of the public website at adoptionsignal.com, its sample materials, and any authorized access to the application.
1. Access
The AdoptionSignal application is not publicly available. Access is limited to accounts specifically authorized by Launch1Labs LLC for internal testing and evaluation.
Authorized users may not share credentials or permit unauthorized access.
Launch1Labs LLC may suspend or revoke application access at any time.
2. Submitted data
A user retains their rights in information they are authorized to provide to the application.
Launch1Labs LLC processes that information only as necessary to operate, test, evaluate, secure, and maintain the prototype, subject to the Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual property
The AdoptionSignal application and associated materials, including its diagnostic methodology, scoring models, question sets, prompts, report formats, software, visualizations, content, branding, and the AdoptionSignal name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Launch1Labs LLC.
Authorized application access provides only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application for the purpose for which access was granted.
No license or other rights are granted merely by viewing this website, reviewing the sample diagnosis, or accessing publicly available materials.
4. AI-assisted content
Certain prototype features use third-party artificial intelligence services to process inputs and generate diagnostic or interview-related outputs.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular use.
Outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for legal, employment, compensation, safety, or other materially consequential decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the application to make or automate decisions that materially affect a person's employment, compensation, eligibility, safety, or legal rights without appropriate independent human review.
- Submit content that violates law or another person's rights.
- Access or attempt to access data that does not belong to you, or probe, scan, or test the website or application for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website or application.
- Share credentials or permit unauthorized access.
6. No warranty
The website, sample materials, and application are provided "as is" and "as available," to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Launch1Labs LLC does not warrant accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launch1Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the website, sample materials, or application.
Any additional limitation of liability is subject to applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the effective date.
