Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Adoption Signal (operated by Launch1Labs LLC through the HRAISolutions advisory practice) collects, why, and what we do with it. We aim to keep this short and accurate.
What we collect
- Account info: your email and (if you sign in with Google) display name and profile photo URL. Provided by Firebase Auth.
- App data you create: teams, people, scores, workflows, and interview transcripts you author in the app. Stored in our database, scoped to your workspace. Kept while your workspace is active; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or account termination.
- Operational logs: request timestamps, IP addresses, and error messages used to diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Retained for up to 30 days.
Data about your team
Leaders enter data about their team members: names, capability scores, and interview content. If you are a workspace owner, you are responsible for being authorized to enter that data. If you are a team member and want to see or delete data about you, contact us directly and we will act on it, coordinating with your workspace owner where needed.
Sentiment answers submitted by team members are shown to leaders only as team-level aggregates, never individually.
What we don't collect
- Tracking pixels, ad cookies, or third-party analytics.
- Browsing history outside this app.
- Files or content from other tabs or applications.
Where it goes
- Database: Google Cloud SQL (Postgres), us-east1. Encrypted at rest.
- Authentication: Firebase Auth (Google).
- LLM provider: Interview content and scoring prompts are sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not train models on your data; OpenAI's API terms apply.
Your rights
- Access: Everything you've created is visible in the app. Email us for a structured export.
- Deletion: Email us to delete your workspace. All associated rows in the database will be removed within 30 days.
Security
Authentication is enforced on every API call. Each user's data is isolated by a workspace identifier on every database query. Connections use HTTPS only. We do our best, but no system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we will notify affected workspace owners by email without undue delay.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
